Terms and Conditions of Purchase
- A purchase of a Home and House Plans blueprint grants the purchaser as "Licensee" the right to use such documents to construct a single home. Purchaser acknowledges that all rights of ownership, title and interest in the copyrights, plans and derivatives remain with Home and House Plans.
- Beyond the one time use authorized by a plan purchase, any additional use, duplication, publication, sale or distribution of the plans, without permission of Home and House Plans represents a violation of Federal Laws subject to prescribed penalties.
- Any modification of a plan by purchaser, builders or others are preformed at their own risk and should be reviewed by a professional architect or engineer prior to construction.
- Home and House Plan plans are designed to be easily adapted to local building codes, but it is the responsibility of the purchaser and / or builder of each plan to see that it is built in strict compliance of local, state, and federal building codes.
- Because site conditions vary from location to location, we recommend consulting a local engineer before beginning construction.
- Contractor shall verify all conditions and dimensions prior to construction and assumes all responsibility once construction has commenced.
- Dimensions govern over scale, code governs over dimensions.
